May I come to your facility to pick up my order to avoid shipping fees?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any pick ups- we are just the production/manufacturing facility, not a retail establishment.
Do you offer express or 2-day shipping?
We are only able to ship via UPS ground, due to shipping restrictions.
Why does my order status say "Awaiting Payment", even though it appears on my bank statement?
The "awaiting payment" status is what our system does automatically when a new order is submitted. There is nothing wrong with the payment that was provided- Atlanta Arms does not physically capture funds until said order is packed and ready to be shipped out. All payments that appear in the corresponding bank account that are still "awaiting payment" are still pending payments.
Do you ship to California and/or New York?
Yes! We are able to ship to these two states with a scanned copy of your local Gun Dealer's FFL.
